Shipping Policy
Ensuring your orders arrive fresh and fast is our top priority. We use a combination of local couriers and national carriers to serve our clients across Canada.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Standard, Express, and Same-Day Delivery for select Ontario regions. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or seasonal volume.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kyakim Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our Canadian clients, provincial HST/GST will be calculated at checkout.
5. Damages & Perishables
If you received your order damaged (e.g. crushed boxes, spoiled produce), please contact us within 12 hours of delivery to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping
We currently only ship within Canada. International shipping options are currently being evaluated for select collections in the future.
