We take your privacy seriously. All customer data, including payment information and order history, is handled with military-grade encryption in compliance with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

3. Customer Conduct

Kayakim Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business that violates our community standards, including fraudulent activities, harassment of staff, or abuse of our return policies.

4. Pricing & Availability

We strive for accuracy in pricing and availability; however, errors can occur. In the event of a listing error, Kayakim Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the item and provide a full refund.

5. Corporate Sustainability

A portion of every Kayakim purchase contributes to our Green Initiative, which focuses on reducing plastic waste in the retail supply chain and supporting local reforestation projects in Ontario.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our marketplace shall be resolved through arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the laws of the province.
